A local delivery fee of $9.00 will be added to each order to a Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Dalton or Post Falls address. However, within these zip codes, there are some rural addresses around Coeur d’Alene and Hayden Lake which require an increased delivery fees. We will notify you if we need to increase the delivery fee. Rathdrum is an $11.00 delivery. Orders must be received by 2 p.m. for same day delivery. We offer free delivery to our neighbor, Kootenai Medical Center (KMC) and English and Yates Funeral Homes. If necessary, we can deliver to the hospital and funeral homes within two hours. Orders for flowers out of our delivery area must be received before 12 noon in the recipient’s time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Orders not delivered by us are subject to a $5.00 service charge in addition to a delivery fee established by the delivering florist. We deliver on Sundays.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international order over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
